WDA would ensure that the agriculture system should be trained and taught in school.  This will show that education is a key role to the improvement of agricultural productivity. Formal education will be introduce to open the mind of the farmer to knowledge, non- formal education would give the farmer hand on training and better methods of farming and informal education will keep the farmer abreast with changing. WDA would cover a broad range of formal and informal activities that can build human capacity within the agriculture sector and for wider rural development encompassing in higher education, diploma and certificate levels, vocational and in-service training and informal knowledge with skill acquisition.
